Our initial appointment lasts approximately 1-1/4 hours.
During that time, you will be given our Financial Services Guide, and we will have a general discussion in relation to your particular situation, and the type of advice you require.
It also gives you a chance to assess if you are comfortable with us, and if you would like to go to the next step.
During this meeting, we will also explain our fees, and how payments can be made, should you wish to proceed with us.
Should you then wish to proceed, any personal advice we provide will be in the form of a Statement of Advice (SoA).
The SoA will contain the strategic advice, the basis of the advice, information about fees and payments, as well as research on products and services we may be recommending.
The preparation of the Plan (SoA), and the Implementation are the first two steps.
To ensure you “Live the Best Life You Can” we need to review your circumstances, at least on an annual basis.
