INDEPENDENT CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY – RESULTS

RESULTS: We feel very honoured and humbled by the report which puts us well ahead of national averages, having achieved top quartile ratings in all of the nine Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Additionally, 100% (yes, 100%) of clients said they would refer us to their family and friends.
The aim of this exercise was to identify how we are performing in the eyes of our clients across the key areas of our business and pinpoint where they feel we could deliver additional or better value. The results and comments compiled from the project have reinforced our course of action and confirm the strategic direction of our practice.
